End of Year Letter – 2025

December 10, 2025

Dear Friend,

Imagine walking into a church where every person of every ability is seen, known, and welcomed as an essential part of the Body of Christ. A place where belonging isn’t a program or a promise — it’s the culture. That vision fuels everything we do at With Ministries. And it’s only possible because of friends like you who believe the Church can be whole when every member is fully included.

As this year draws to a close, I find myself deeply grateful and deeply hopeful. Together, we’ve helped pastors and church leaders reimagine worship, children’s ministry, and community life so that every person can experience the fullness of belonging. Your support has allowed us to plant seeds of inclusion that are growing into transformation in congregations across the country.

Before With Ministries began, Friendship Ministries faithfully laid the foundation, equipping churches for more than forty years to create spaces of welcome and connection. We stand on that legacy with gratitude, continuing to build upon the vision that belonging is not optional in the Kingdom of God. That legacy is the soil in which With Ministries continues to grow.

This year, that growth took a significant step forward. We were honored to be accepted into the Praxis Nonprofit Accelerator, a program that walks alongside redemptive ventures committed to shaping culture for the glory of God. Through this opportunity, our team will gain the tools, mentorship, and community needed to strengthen our foundation and multiply our reach. We believe this season will be essential to our long-term growth, helping us build sustainable systems, expand our resources, and equip even more churches to embody belonging.

“It was a wonderful vision for what the church can be — a reminder that no one is shut out of the Kingdom of God. It’s a privilege for every person to participate in worship in a meaningful way. My children — one with a disability, and the others without — left understanding how normal this kind of worship should be.”

My children — one with a disability, and the others without — left understanding how normal this kind of worship should be.”

And in San Antonio, a friend named Justin told us it took him 43 years to find a church that needed him. He said:

“I finally found a church with that family vibe I had been searching for. I am needed at my church. They can’t do it without me on Sundays.”

These are not isolated stories; they are glimpses of the Kingdom breaking through. As we look to the year ahead, we sense God calling us to go deeper — to equip more churches, mentor more leaders, and ensure that no family ever hears the words, “We don’t have a place for you.”

Thanks to a small group of generous donors who have already pledged $50,000, we are halfway to our $100,000 year-end goal. Their generosity has set the pace, and now we’re inviting you to help us finish strong by raising the remaining $50,000 by December 31. Together, we can equip more churches and leaders to build communities where every person belongs.

Your gift isn’t just a donation — it’s an investment in a Church that looks more like heaven.

Thank you for being such an essential part of this movement. Your prayers, encouragement, and generosity make it possible for With Ministries to keep building a Church where every person — of every ability — is welcomed and loved. Because of you, we are not just changing programs; we are changing culture. We are helping leaders see people the way Jesus does — with dignity, purpose, and belonging. And together, we are creating communities that reflect the fullness of God’s Kingdom here on earth.

As we look to a new year, we do so with deep gratitude and bold faith, believing that God will continue to multiply what we’ve started together. Will you generously support our work with a year-end gift and continued prayers as we faithfully press on in this beautiful and important work?

Thank you for being with us.

With delight,

Rebecca Wall
