A Letter From Rebecca
As we celebrate our first year as With Ministries, I am overwhelmed by the provision of the Lord through your generosity which allows for I am overwhelmed by God’s provision through the generosity of supporters like you. These funds empower us to enact real change in churches across the US and Latin America. You are playing a vital role in the work of equipping congregations to not only welcome but embrace and disciple people of all abilities. It is important, profound, and life-changing work, and we are humbled to do this work with you! I
Time and again, I return to the words “firm foundation.” This last year, we felt called to build upon the firm foundation that was previously Friendship Ministries and All Belong’s Church Division while at the same time establishing our new foundation as With Ministries. Through our beloved community, God provided numerous ways for our team to grow, our work to expand, and the reimagining of and planning for a more faithful future.
As you read this update, be encouraged by God’s mission, vision, and provision for With Ministries! None of this happens without your ongoing support and generosity. We have big dreams and plan to change this current narrative surrounding the church for families and individuals impacted by disability. Thank you for being with us in this work!

- ENGAGE with hundreds of children’s pastors at national conferences
- GATHER with dozens of head pastors to learn how to better support their leadership teams
- EXPLORE worship and prayer practices with 2 cohorts of churches from across the US
- DEVELOP a new framework for designing accessible, intergenerational worship through the Worship As One project in partnership with Lilly Endowment Inc.
- RESOURCE hundreds of congregations with best practices and practical tools for discipling people of all abilities
- RESEARCH what creates lasting change in congregations alongside the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities
- AMPLIFY the voices and stories of individuals experiencing disability
We have a lot to celebrate this year! We are humbled by God’s provision through the faithfulness and generosity of His people!

Please Note:
This budget does not include the $300,000 restricted gift from the Lilly Endowment Inc that funds our Worship As One project for 2 years.
Because of the planning and provision of donors’ estates, we are grateful to have received 4 gifts that significantly and positively impacted our budget and ability to plan for the future.
All figures below are through 7/1/24 and have yet to be audited.
