Operations Assistant
Dallas–Fort Worth, TX · Part-time (salaried)
About the role
The Operations Assistant supports the work of With Ministries and helps advance ministry growth under the guidance of the Executive Director. You’ll provide high-level administrative support to the team and Executive Director—helping manage schedules, communications, projects, and daily operations. As the first point of contact for many people engaging with With Ministries, you’ll play an important role in representing the organization: welcoming, personable, and skilled at building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. This role calls for strong organization, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with the Executive Director on organizational projects and calendar management
- Coordinate travel—flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Take meeting minutes and track action items
- Assist with project management and follow-up on key initiatives
- Help coordinate events and conferences
- Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
- Manage office supplies, merch orders and inventory, invoices, and budget-related tasks
- Carry out administrative responsibilities for the benefit of the organization
What we’re looking for
- Prior administrative support experience
- A strong and active Christian faith
- A clear commitment to leading work that embraces and promotes cultural, racial, ethnic, and denominational diversity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Google Workspace
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

- Location: Dallas–Fort Worth area
- Schedule: Part-time, salaried, with potential to grow into a full-time role
