We believe the Church should look like everyone.

WITH exists to help churches create spaces where people of all abilities are fully included, known, and valued.

This work started with a simple question.

Why are so many individuals and families impacted by disability leaving the Church?

Not because they don’t believe.

Not because they don’t want to belong.

But because they don’t feel seen, included, or considered in meaningful ways.

Many churches care deeply.

They just don’t always know where to start.

WITH was created to change that.

We are WITH.

We believe in doing ministry with people experiencing disability…not to or for them.

That means building church communities where:

Everyone is known

Everyone has opportunities to serve and lead

Everyone worships alongside one another

This is what true belonging looks like.

Our Mission

We provide resources, training, and support that help churches create cultures of belonging for people of all abilities.

This isn’t about adding a program.

It’s about transforming the culture of the Church.

What Guides Our Work

Equality: All people are created in the image of God, and any barriers that limit that equality are unjust.
Interdependence: Every person has gifts that allow us to serve and support one another.
Hospitality: We celebrate differences and create spaces where everyone is welcomed and included.
Respect: We center the dignity and value of every person in all we do.

A legacy of inclusion. A future of transformation.

WITH Ministries was formed through the merger of two organizations with a shared vision.

For over four decades, Friendship Ministries developed resources that supported faith formation and inclusion within churches.

At the same time, the Church Division of All Belong Center for Inclusive Education focused on building inclusive ministry models, training leaders, and providing individualized coaching.

Together, in 2023, these organizations became WITH Ministries—a non-denominational, ecumenical organization committed to helping the Church reflect the fullness of the body of Christ.

Today, WITH continues to expand this work—equipping churches to move beyond intention and into transformation.

The people behind WITH.

Our team is passionate about helping churches become places where everyone belongs.

We bring together experience, heart, and a shared commitment to building inclusive communities that reflect the fullness of the body of Christ.
