Video Training Course

Coming January 2027

WITH is developing a first-of-its-kind digital training experience designed to equip and empower church leaders nationwide.

The experience will include two complementary components designed to work together:

An 8-video training course focused on vision casting, storytelling, theology, and lived experience — helping churches reimagine what belonging and accessibility can look like within their congregations.

Alongside the course, churches will receive an educational framework rooted in research and practical application, providing tangible tools and sustainable pathways for implementing meaningful change.

Centered around the dimensions of accessible worship identified through our research partners at Baylor University, this comprehensive experience is designed to help churches create communities where individuals and families impacted by disability can fully belong and participate.

All Together Leader’s Guides come with two variations – Track A and Track B. Here’s a quick description of each so you can see what the best fit is for your small group:

Track A:

For the leader of a Friendship Group –a group made up of adults with intellectual disabilities, for whom material is prepared. There are adults without intellectual disabilities partnering to facilitate learning. Activities, printouts and other materials are very visual, simple, and offer non-verbal response and participation options.

Track B:

For a group made up of people with varied abilities all participating in the decisions for the group’s experience. Activities, printouts and other materials may have more words and intellectually challenging components, though options (and tips!) are still offered.
